Kutsinta or Kuchinta or Brown Rice Cake is chewy and sticky.
1 Cup sifted all purpose flour
1 cup dark brown sugar
2 cups water
1 tsp Lye Water
Mix all 3 ingredients using a mixer or a blender or by hand for a few minutes untill well blended.
Pour mixture into mini muffin tins. Do not fill the molders to the brim so to allow mixture to expand.
Steam for 20 minutes. Let cool before taking out from the molder.
Serve with freshly grated coconut.
