Maja Blanca Recipe


Ingredients:

1 can 400 ml coconut milk

1 1/2 cup evaporated or fresh milk

1 cup condensed milk

3/4 cup conrstarch disoolved in 3/4 cup milk

1/2 cup corn kernel, drained

Combine coconut milk, evaporated milk and condensed milk in a pot.

Bring to a boil over medium heat.

Stir occasionally.

Add the corn kernel.

Pour in the cornstarch mixture.

Stir constantly and quickly until desired texture.

Remove from heat.

Transfer to a greased container.

Gently tap container on the kitchen counter a couple of times to get rid of trapped bubbles.

Even out surface with a spatula.

Let it settle and cool down.

Serve.
